All orders ship from Poland. Delivery timing and any available tracking are shown at checkout.

Can I return an item?
Yes. MIMOLO offers a voluntary 30-day returns policy, and EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for most physical goods. Full details, conditions, and the two-year legal guarantee are on our Returns, Refunds & Legal Guarantee page.
How do I start a return?
Please email help@mimolo.eu with your order number before sending any goods. We will send you the correct return instructions and address.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at help@mimolo.eu with your order number, a description, and photos where useful. Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods apply.
How long do I have to return or withdraw?
Our voluntary returns policy runs for 30 days from receipt. Your statutory EU right of withdrawal runs for 14 days from receipt. The two-year legal guarantee applies separately to faulty or non-conforming goods.
