Where orders ship from
All MIMOLO orders ship from Poland.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing for your order is shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation. If no other delivery time is agreed, EU baseline rules generally require delivery within 30 days of your order.
Tracking
Tracking information is shared when available after dispatch. You will find tracking details in your shipping confirmation email if tracking is available for your order. See Track Your Order for more.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is shown at checkout and included in the total price you pay. See Payment & Billing for details on pricing and taxes.
Taxes, duties, and import charges
Taxes shown at checkout apply to your order. Any other duties or import charges that may apply to deliveries outside the EU are not included unless shown at checkout, and may be payable on receipt.
Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimate shown at checkout, please contact help@mimolo.eu with your order number. We will check the status with the carrier and respond with the information available.
Failed or undeliverable orders
If a delivery cannot be completed, for example because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, please contact us so we can help arrange redelivery or another resolution.
