- To process and fulfil your order: performance of a contract with you

Processors and recipients

- Analytics and marketing providers that run only after the relevant analytics and/or marketing consent, including Microsoft Clarity, Meta, Google, and TikTok
International transfers
Some processors, including Shopify, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, Google, and TikTok, may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and, where relevant, additional measures, and we follow applicable EU transfer requirements.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Order and accounting data is generally kept for the period required by Polish and EU law.
