Tracking information is shared when available after your order is dispatched.
How to find tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Use the link in that email to track your delivery.
If you have not received tracking
If you have not received a shipping confirmation and your order has been dispatched, or if the tracking link is not working, please email help@mimolo.eu with your order number. We will check the status and respond with the information available.
Delivery estimate
The delivery estimate for your order is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. See Shipping & Delivery for details on shipping and timing.
Order status before dispatch
To check the status of an order that has not yet been dispatched, please email help@mimolo.eu with your order number.
Delivery issues
If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
