Right of Withdrawal
This page explains your statutory EU right to withdraw from a distance purchase of physical goods from MIMOLO, and provides a model withdrawal form you can use.
Your right
As an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of physical goods within 14 days, beginning on the day you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, without giving any reason.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all goods. For example, it generally does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
- Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software unsealed after delivery
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts

How to withdraw
To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period. You can use the model withdrawal form below, or send any other clear written statement to help@mimolo.eu. Please include your order number.
Returning the goods
After you notify us, you must return the goods within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning goods withdrawn under change of mind, unless we agree otherwise. For non-conforming or incorrect goods, MIMOLO bears the return cost where the law requires. Please contact us at help@mimolo.eu before sending goods, so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
Your refund
- We reimburse all payments received from you under the withdrawn contract, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery method we offered
- Reimbursement is made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or evidence that you have returned them, where the law permits
- You are liable only for diminished value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
Reimbursement is made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, subject to any permitted withholding.
