This page explains where to find product safety information for items sold on mimolo.eu and how to report a safety concern.
Where to find product information
For each product, you can find safety-related information in one or more of the following places:
- The product page on mimolo.eu, which may include product identification, manufacturer or EU responsible-person details, and any warnings or instructions
- The product itself or its packaging, which may carry markings, warnings, and manufacturer or responsible-person identification
- Accompanying information such as leaflets or instructions supplied with the product
Please read any warnings, instructions, and age or use suitability information before use.
Manufacturer and EU responsible person
Where applicable to a product, the manufacturer, EU authorised representative, or importer details are provided on the product page, on the product or its packaging, or in accompanying information. If you cannot find these details for a specific product, please contact us before use.
Reporting a safety issue
If you believe a product bought from MIMOLO may be unsafe, defective, or non-compliant, please stop using it and report it to us. Contact help@mimolo.eu and include:
- Your order number
- The product name and product identification, such as model, batch, or serial number where shown
- A clear description of the safety concern
- Photos where they help explain the issue
We will review your report and respond with the next steps, including any return or remedy arrangements where appropriate.
Your statutory rights
Reporting a safety concern does not affect your statutory rights, including the EU legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods. See Returns, Refunds & Legal Guarantee for details.
