We want you to feel confident ordering from MIMOLO. This policy explains our change-of-mind returns process and how we handle damaged, defective, or incorrect items. It does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
30-day change-of-mind return window
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, manuals, and tags where applicable.
How to request a return
- Contact us through the Contact page or email help@mimolo.eu.
- Include your order number, checkout email, item name, and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item only to the return address we provide.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping costs
For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, express shipping fees, customs fees, and payment processing charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos or video, and a photo of the shipping label and packaging if the parcel was damaged.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, repair, or another fair solution depending on the case, available stock, and applicable consumer law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or compensation where required by law if a product has a major problem or fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons unless they are faulty or required by law. This may include used personal care items, hygiene products, opened consumables, customized items, or items not in resaleable condition.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Lost or delayed return parcels
We recommend using a tracked return method. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost before reaching the approved return address.
