MIMOLO currently serves customers in Australia. Orders are prepared through trusted supplier and fulfillment partner warehouses so we can offer practical travel products at competitive prices.
Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing can include order verification, supplier confirmation, packing, and handoff to the carrier.
During peak periods, product launches, Australian public holidays, or high-demand campaigns, processing may take slightly longer. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with the best available solution.
Estimated delivery times in Australia
After dispatch, most Australian orders usually arrive within 7-15 business days. Some items may arrive sooner or take longer depending on warehouse location, carrier capacity, customs processing, remote delivery areas, and local postal conditions.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will always use the tracking information available from the carrier or fulfillment partner when helping with a delayed parcel.
Tracking information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Multiple shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different partner warehouses. You may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive on different days.
Remote and regional addresses
Remote, regional, PO Box, parcel locker, or restricted delivery addresses may take longer or may require a different carrier depending on the product and warehouse. If a shipping address cannot be served, we will contact you.
Duties, taxes, and checkout charges
Product prices and checkout charges are shown in AUD for Australia. Any taxes, duties, or carrier fees that apply outside the checkout amount are the customer's responsibility unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
Incorrect address or returned parcel
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost. Contact us quickly if you notice an address issue after checkout.
