Order confirmation
Your checkout confirmation includes your order reference and a summary of the items you selected.
Dispatch and tracking
After dispatch, your shipping confirmation contains the available shipment details. When tracking is provided for the order, use its link for the latest updates.
Delivery
Review the delivery information shown at checkout before completing your order. After dispatch, use the details in your shipping confirmation for the latest update on that parcel.
Questions about a shipment
Email help@mimolo.eu with your order number and, where available, its tracking reference. You can also visit Track Your Order.

Registered seller details are shown in the Company information block in the site footer.
