How to track your order

After your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link. Use that link for the most accurate delivery updates.

You can also open the order status link from your order confirmation email to see the latest information Shopify has for your order.

When tracking becomes active

Tracking usually becomes active within 24-72 hours after the parcel is handed to the carrier. If the link shows no movement right away, please check again later.

Tracking stages you may see

  • Order confirmed: your order was received and payment was processed.
  • Processing: the supplier or warehouse is preparing the item.
  • Shipped / dispatched: the parcel has been handed to a carrier.
  • In transit: the parcel is moving between facilities or carrier hubs.
  • Customs clearance: local authorities or carriers may be reviewing the parcel.
  • Out for delivery: the parcel is with the final delivery carrier.
  • Delivered: the carrier marked the parcel as delivered.

Multiple tracking numbers

If you ordered multiple products, your items may ship separately from different partner warehouses. You may receive more than one tracking number and separate delivery dates.

No tracking update?

Tracking can pause while the parcel moves between facilities, carriers, or local delivery partners. Contact us if:

  • Your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days.
  • Your order is significantly past the estimated delivery window.
  • The carrier marks the parcel delivered but you did not receive it.
  • The tracking link appears incorrect or unavailable.
