Do you currently sell to Australia?
Yes. MIMOLO is currently set up for Australian customers, with checkout prices shown in AUD.
Where do your products ship from?
Products may ship from supplier or fulfillment partner warehouses depending on stock availability, product type, and destination address.
Will all items arrive together?
Not always. If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Can I change my order after purchase?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed by the fulfillment partner.
Shipping and tracking
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days. After dispatch, Australian delivery usually takes 7-15 business days depending on product, warehouse location, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after dispatch. Some parcels may also show limited updates while moving between carrier facilities or local delivery partners.
What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days or your parcel is significantly beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate.
Returns and refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes, eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days after delivery after approval. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the case and offer a fair solution based on the issue and applicable consumer law.
Payments
What currency do you charge in?
Checkout is presented in AUD for Australian customers. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees depending on your card or account.
